Bu test yöntemi, bir test odasında hem radyan bir ısı kaynağına hem de aleve maruz kaldığında ısıl / akustik yalıtımın yanıcılığını ve alev yayılma özelliklerini değerlendirmek için kullanılır. Radyan ısı eğimli bir elektrik paneli vasıtasıyla uygulanır ve yatay olarak monte edilmiş bir numuneye yönlendirilir. Elektrik paneli ve pilot brülör bir test odasına yerleştirilmiştir.
